The bagel I got was really good, and I tried it with the lox/dill/lemon spread which was very tasty. They include a generous amount of cream cheese. I also got an iced almond milk latte, and the espresso flavor is pretty bitter like a regular coffee; just kind of low quality, especially for $6. It's more "coffee house" than "cafe", which is fair, just a heads up. I did some remote working, which is popular here but they seem to have enough seats for most visitors. I would definitely visit again and try some of their other drinks.

TBH this is probably my favorite bagel shop in queens. Used to come here often when I worked in the area and lived in queens. Absolutely love their cinnamon walnut raisin cream cheese. Pairs well with any of their bagels. Bagels are soft and chewy with a crispy outer. I typically get the vanilla chai latte and it doesn’t disappoint either. Place is clean and service is always friendly and welcoming. If you drive, meter parking is right outside. Will come back as often I can if I need a bagel and I’m in the area.

Overall, I like this spot. It's a great go to and they have outdoor seating perf for catch ups with friends/fam or if you have a dog! Pros: - opens early - they're pretty fast with pushing out drinks and their sandwiches. went around 9:30, there was like 3 people in front of me, 7 people behind me. Cons: - Register Speed: I feel like there could be some things to make it more efficent at the register when customizing your sandwich. I know it's on their menu board but it's so highup, and it's hard to read sometimes. maybe a hand held menu up front at the register too? esp. cos they offer so many things to customize. for example there's like 7 diff cheese slices you can choose from. - Inconsistent everything bagel: sometimes it's great. today, it was too salty. I can to pick off some of the sea salt specks lol I feel like it's a bit wasteful to give everyone the little salt and pepper packets, and ketchup. maybe just better to have it on the side to grab or something b.c 100% of the time, me and my bf don't use it I know they give it to everyone. - To stay vs. To go: I asked for To-go sicne I have to go to work. I understand I'm sure they're reading everything on the reciept supe

AJ and Kate were amazing. Very helpful with helping me choose the correct drink. Also the atmosphere and the Blueberry Bagel was one of the best bagels i have ever had. Highly recommend this coffee house.

This place has been a favorite spot of my girlfriend’s for a very long time, and I see way. There’s so much to love about NYBCH. They have excellent quality bagels (and a large assortment), excellent quality spreads (and a large assortment, great coffee drinks, and even some sleeper hits like their quiche. On top of all that, they usually have plenty of seating if you want to relax and stay awhile. If the weather is nice, they even have a great outdoor seating area, too! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Queens. Also, be sure to get some of their quiche. It may actually be the best quiche I’ve ever eaten.
